At Amal we prefer calling them Totka’s. And we all know that a

Totka is only as effective as the belief and persistence of the person practicing it.

Well, there are five of these totkas. Each one has its own wisdom behind it.

5. Fake it Till You Make it

All of the tips are great, and one cannot agree more while reading about their details, and results. This could be called as a Starter Pack for anyone determined to develop a growth mindset. The tips are so well chosen, and carefully crafted that apparently there seems no loophole in their implementation.

Moreover, they are focused upon all aspects of character development including mind set change, behavior change, social change, etc.

My personal favorite among these would be “Getting Out of Your Comfort Zone.” This tip actually works and is a tried and tested way to align your mind with a growth strategy. Also, I have already started implementing it, and I am seeing the effects. While you expose yourself to the challenges of the world, you are indirectly coping yourself for further challenges, and this is what paves your road to growth.
